All projected mature heights on weanlings and yearlings are approximate. No one can
accurately predict the exact height of a horse until it reaches maturity of
three years or older. The projected heights are usually within an inch of the height reached at maturity
Miniature horses are measured at the last course hair on the mane. They are not measured at the withers as per AMHA/AMHR rules. They are also measured with an official AMHA measuring stick (Sligo Measuring Stick) for an accurate height.

SILVERLEAF THUNDERS ECHO - DOB 3/2009
Yearling bay and white gelding by SW Thunderbolt. "Boomer" took 4 grands and 2 Reserves at his first show under 8 judges in Amateur. The other two judges placed him high in his amateur and AOTE class. Boomer is absolutely gorgeous with a short little head and beautiful thin barrel His neck is long and hooky. He is also a joy to work with. Smart and quick. Boomer should mature between 33 and 34".

WOW!!! First colt of the season and he is a real doll. Born 1/25/07. Silverleaf Whispering Thunder. Whisper is another exceptional foal out of SW Thunderbolt, 2004 National Champion Get of Sire. The proof is in the get and his sire proved that when his first (3) yearling fillies gained him his National title and Whisper's full sister (Bay Pinto) was one of those fillies. His full sister has also taken 2 National Top Tens in Open halter (amateur shown) Reserve National Champion in Color, National Top tens in Amateur and youth also. His 2006 full sister (Buckskin Pinto) took High Point Weanling Mare at the GCMHC this past year. Cannot say enough about this cross. Watch for new pictures when the weather gets warmer and we can clip this little guy, but I can tell you when he was born his legs were pencil thin, ultra refined and absolutely gorgeous.
